Following a very successful experience in 2016 and 2017, the III Oxford Symposium on Comparative International Commercial Arbitration will take place on 16 November 2018, at the University of Oxford (Wolfson College).
The event is co-organised by the Commercial Law Centre (University of Oxford), the Oxford International Arbitration Society and the EDUCA Foundation. It has the institutional support of the ICC, CIArb, Kluwer, TDM/OGEMID, the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr) and the Brazilian Institute of Civil Procedural Law (IBDP).
The event will discuss important issues related to international commercial arbitration with specialists from the UK, continental Europe and the Americas from a comparative perspective. The conference will have 2 keynote speakers and 16 panellists. Based on our previous experience, we expect an audience of around 120 people, mostly comprising practitioners, academics and students interested in arbitration.
Lunch and coffee breaks are included.
PLEASE NOTE THAT TICKETS WILL NOT BE SOLD ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT
