Description

The II Oxford Symposium on Comparative International Commercial Arbitration is an event co-organised by the Commercial Law Centre at Harris Manchester College and the Oxford International Arbitration Society that will take place at the University of Oxford on 20 November 2017. The aim of the event is to discuss important issues related to international commercial arbitration with European and Latin American specialists. The event will have around 20 panellists. Lord Saville (chair of the English Arbitration 1996 Bill committee) will deliver the opening remarks and the Brazilian Supreme Court Justice Luiz Fux will deliver the closing remarks.Lunch and coffee breaks are included.
