    This workshop has been carefully crafted for artists who are ready to prepare a great press release and get their name out there. Our workshops are a hands-on opportunity for you to put into action the advice the VAA has to offer.

    Each attendee will receive a worksheet to follow along during the workshop, this will help equip you with the tools to take action in your own time.

    You will learn:

    • The structure of a Press Release
    • What a great Press Release looks like
    • How to uncover and tell your story
    • Writing for a target audience
    • How to capture your reader's attention

    In this workshop, artists will learn how to brainstorm relevant information for press releases and how to write for an ideal audience. All attendees will receive a worksheet guide to help them on their journey, following the workshop a recording will also be made available on the VAA website.

    Vicky Paul is a Scottish abstract artist, an intuitive and energy healer, known for her pioneering work conceptualising universal energy, transformation, psychic experiences, consciousness, and chromology.

    Our host for this event is Karen van Hoey Smith. Karen has experience as an Artist Manager, Auctioneer, and consultant expert. With a successful history as an Art Broker, Karen has extensive experience working with galleries, which makes her the perfect host for this event.
