This workshop is for those who wish to explore training within a consensual relationship. A D/s dynamic can exist just within the bedroom, but here we will look at how it can stretch into various parts of our lives. A large part of this talk is aimed towards tops and how they can provide the stability, constancy and strength to properly lead and train a human. We also explore how to make sure bottoms can properly communicate their desires and needs without feeling bad about it.
We look to ingrain patterns of desirable behavior while also adjusting those behaviors we wish to change. Our goal is to achieve changes which become so deeply ingrained that they simply become the way to be, without conscious thought. We will explore how to develop standing consent for ongoing D/s, how to learn which type of reward or punishment works for your human, what goals are realistic and achievable.
Things to know:
For the first 1.5 hours the group is split in two to explore topics pertinent to their position in the dynamic before coming together to share and expand.
12:30 - Doors Open
13:00-14:30pm (Tops only)How to plan and set that plan in motion. Achieving goals and marking them. Not letting things get boring. Physical and mental forms of control and reward. Building cycles of positive reinforcement and internalising obedience.
13:00-14:30pm (Bottoms only)
How to discuss problems and desires with your Top without breaking a dynamic. Knowing what you really want and how to get it.
14:30-15:00pm Both groups gather together and there is a tea break
15:00-17:00pm Discuss and explore objectives, systems and customisation. How to keep things kinky, but also realistic. Common pitfalls, fantasies and risks.

Because this workshop has very limited numbers and requires a lot of organisation, we are unable to refund tickets but will try to make it easier for you to sell your place onto others.
