    Harriet Minter is a writer, speaker and coach. In 2013, she launched the Guardian’s Women in Leadership section, which focuses on the issues faced by working women. She has interviewed a range of leading women including MPs, entrepreneurs and celebrities, and based on these interviews developed her own leadership programme for high potential women. She works as a coach and mentor, providing advice and guidance to senior manager and entrepreneurs. Her goals in life are to see more women lead big corporations, to change how we work culture and to help women be successful in life and work.
