Description
Our thoughts are racing, our emotions are flooring us, we’re struggling to keep on going and our belief in it all working out in the end is starting to crack. We’ve all been there. So this session will get us started on developing our ‘first aid kit’ for when it hits the fan! We’ll look at sources of hope and persistence, ways of taking control of unruly and exhausting thoughts, and ideas for grounding those difficult emotions. We’ll bring them all together in one place – our psychological first aid kit.
