Chef, writer & speaker Melodie Tyrer, formerly from Silo Restaurant and Farm to Face, has a passion for the living world, and tries to source all her ingredients plastic free, and as locally as possible. Everything that can be composted from the night, IS; making this one of the most waste free dinners you can get in Brighton at the moment!

Just for a select few, she is putting on a four course evening of sumptuous flavours with banquet style dining at Brighton's newest pop up space, Little Green Space, ideally situated in the North Laines of Brighton

You can expect long tables, friendly faces and plentiful food. Four delightful courses and a cocktail on arrival are included in your ticket price; and you are invited to BYO wine for the rest of the meal.

LATECOMERS: You are welcome to try your luck for door sales on the night, however places are not guaranteed, and for the sake of catering pre booking is appreciated.

A kind note to vegans and plant based peeps: Whilst I would adore to create more plant based only menus and events I am a small business that needs to turn profit, and it has previously proven difficult to sell plant based only events. My hope is that one day the plant based option will sell out, so please help me make that option popular. Please come along so that omnivores can see how delicious the plant options are.
