    At The Wellscene we like to mix things up, so you can expect something different from each event. Some might make you #SWEAT, #RELAX, #MOVE and so much more...

    At HIIT & RUN you will:

    #SWEAT (lots!)

    We’re thrilled to be teaming up with The Viking Method AND Chasing Lights Collective for HIIT & RUN. Be warned though, this event is not for the faint-hearted.

    You’ll start with a 45 minute HIIT class, taught by the brains behind The Viking Method: Svava Sigbertsdottir. Her method is hardcore, but effective. It’s designed to shock the body’s metabolism into burning more fat by focusing on short bouts of explosive functional movements that will leave you gasping for air.

    After Svava’s session, you’ll be taken out for a run, led by Chasing Lights Collective: an up and coming running crew with a focus on strength training for improved performance. Chevy Rough, it’s founder, will take you on a 45 minute run around East London. Expect to use the city as your playground and work as a team to become a stronger and more efficient runner.

    We’re pretty sure you’ll ravenous by the end of the workout, so we’ve asked our friends from Maple & Fitz to serve you a well-deserved and delicious brunch. Sit down and let us take care of you. You’ll be treated to a refreshing cold-pressed juice, poached eggs, grilled avocado and more (see menu below).

    And don’t worry if your friends are not into fitness like you are! Just come by yourself. We always have a really lovely bunch of people at our events and pride ourselves in creating welcoming and friendly environment where new friendships have been formed.

      The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your HIIT & Run { in collaboration with The Viking Method + Chasing Lights Collective } tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
