Sep 07 2017 19:00 - 21:30

COMO Metropolitan London, Old Park Ln, W1K 1LB London

Join journalist and author Ruby Warrington for HIGH SÖBRIETY—an evening discussion and Q&A on what it means to live a fabulous sober (curious) life.

Hosted by the COMO Metropolitan London, Ruby will joined by celebrity DJ Fat Tony and talent booker Jess Bendien, with personal trainer and Instagram personality Shona Vertue (author of The Vertue Method). Among other subjects, the debate will cover:

- What it means to be “sober curious”

- Wine vs. wellness

- How to be a healthy hedonist

- The art of sober socializing

Ruby will also read an excerpt from her new book Material Girl, Mystical World on why "Healing Is The New Nightlife," before we head downstairs for mocktails in the Met Bar from Seedlip and raw, vegan cakes from The Hardihood.

Offering an opportunity to re-frame our relationship to alcohol, HIGH SÖBRIETY is for anybody questioning their alcohol consumption but who doesn’t feel like a traditional recovery program is for them. For those in recovery, it is an opportunity to come out of hiding and share the positive impact of their journey.
