Herb salts and butters have been used for centuries as a way of preserving the flavour and health benefits of summer herbs once the growing season has finished. Herbs salts popularised in Italy, can be used in cooking, baths and as a skin scrub whilst herb butters originating from France, are a delicious way of adding flavour to many dishes.
We’ll have herbal tea and a seasonal mocktail on hand to quench your thirst while you soak up all this botanical knowledge!
