Setting Up The Space:
As this journey has the potential of bringing up all sorts of emotions and internal processes, I recommend that you set up a private, quiet and comfortable space where you can fully sink into the experience and where you feel safe to express yourself freely.

About Me:
In 2015, I moved from Sweden to London, where I embarked on a deep spiritual journey - discovering Buddhist meditation, awakening my Kundalini energy and exploring tantra. This path brought incredible bliss and transformation but also deep challenges, leading me through trauma, disconnection and years of healing work.
At the end of 2022, a head injury left me with a chronic condition known as Post-Concussion Syndrome. This forced me to drastically slow down and reconsider everything in my life. But what initially felt like a massive setback on my journey became the most profound gift - because it guided me back to my heart, my soul's purpose and back to Spirit in a way more powerful than ever before.
Today, I am able to look back at that head injury and genuinely thank Spirit for bluntly waking me up to my power like that 😉🙏
Now I am excited to share my lessons with you.

📅 Date & Time: The workshop runs from 3 PM - 4:30 PM GMT on Sunday 9th March 2025.
Please arrive 5 minutes early so we can start on time.

- While this space may feel deeply healing, this is not therapy. You are in charge of how deep you go and responsible for your own wellbeing.
- Come as you are – No prior experience is needed. Just bring an open heart and a willingness to explore.

Ellinor Madeland is a spiritual workshop facilitator and intuitive guide devoted to supporting heart awakening, soul remembrance and deep connection with Spirit.
Rooted in over a decade of experience in shamanic practices, Buddhist meditation, tantra, yoga, community facilitation, cacao ceremonies, and intuitive development, Ellinor weaves together ancient and modern traditions to create sacred, transformative spaces for healing and expansion.
Her work is centred on opening the heart, restoring energetic balance and empowering others to remember the light and power we all carry inside of us.
