This workshop takes 22 years of practice from various experts, successes and learning, using case studies to help us apply systemic methods into making innovative organisational design and change work in healthcare. Suitable for anyone involved in designing, leading and implementing change in the health services - service design or ICS.
Consisting of 3 consecutive half day live Zoom sessions, afternoon UK time.
