New ‘whole health’ workout Headstrong flows into London
Revolutionary ‘whole health’ workout, Headstrong, flows into London on the 26th of June. Led by wellness guru and founder of The Strength Temple Richie Norton, this innovative new hybrid session offers a progressive approach to health, strength and mental wellbeing by fusing breathwork and movement to truly encompass the whole body.
Join Richie for a series of unique and uplifting workouts created to bridge the gap between physical and mental health. The series of exclusive one-hour sessions designed for every body will involve a carefully curated blend of light yoga, breath work and mindfulness to highlight the importance and urgency to view mental and physical health as one.
Headstrong signifies AXA PPP healthcare’s commitment to promoting ‘whole health’ to raise awareness around the parity between mental and physical health. Working with Richie Norton, the initiative represents the essential balance between mental and physical health and seeks to encourage people to see the need for them to be perceived as important as each other.
The intimate event will take place in the elegant 18th century Portico Rooms of Somerset House which offers stunning views over the river Thames. On arrival, guests will receive their very own free personal infusion water bottle which they will be able to customise with a selection of delicious fresh fruit from the Fruit Infusion Bar. Yoga mats will be provided and there will be a safe space to leave valuables.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Headstrong Live tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
