Evening yoga workshop.
Come and learn how to safely build up to and play in headstand- some say this is the king of all postures.
I say that it's a fun way to start getting upside down. We'll practice some foundational moves and strength drills to start getting on our heads and use the wall to have a go!
Bring openness, your smile, some strength and a bottle of water :)
