You are invited to join us this full moon to restore, nourish and give thanks for the abundant harvest.
Led by Urban Avatars, Dee will take us on a yoga practice followed by a blissful sound healing.
Dee's approach takes students beyond the physical to the subtler aspects of mind, body and soul. Through a fusion of yang-yin asana, sound journeying and ritual cleansing, Dee takes great joy in supporting the purification, invigoration and restoration of the entire being. Dee has over 10 years of experience in the spiritual arts of yoga, shamanism and sound therapy. Expect a fun, balanced and prayerful class full of love, vitality and revelation.
We will conclude the evening with a nourishing dinner provided by 100% Natural Foods and a goody bag of treats to take home.
