This is a two day full antenatal course. 17th March and 24th March.
Birth doesn’t have to be scary. In fact, it can be one of the most empowering and wonderful experiences of your life. By studying hypnobirthing, you can prepare your body and mind for a calm birth.
This two day course is a full antenatal program and will cover everything you need to know for a positive birth. Topics include:
Simple breathing exercises for labour
The physical impact fear can have, and how to overcome it
Getting to know your birth rights and options
How your birth partner can help during labour
Tips for avoiding medical intervention
What actually happens when you give birth!
Plus, much more.
The course is suitable for all stages of pregnancy and for all types of labour (natural, vbac, c-section).
