Description
Give the Gift of Waste this Christmas by turning your surplus food into beautiful gifts.
During this session Renee will show you how to preserve your own lemons, or any other citrus fruit for that matter, before teaching you how to make authentic tasting harissa with just five ingredients. Edible gifts make thoughtful treats to leave under the Christmas Tree.
This event is a part of the European Week for Waste Reduction (EWWR), an initiative aimed at raising awareness about sustainable resource and waste management. This cooking session was commissioned by the North London Waste Authority & organised in partnership with Hubbub.
