    Tickets are non-refundable. Billetto has insurance available during the checkout process.

    Tickets will be not available for purchase on the gate. Please do not call or arrive for tickets if the event has been sold out

    Timings are guidelines and circumstances may lead to necessary adjustments.

    One car per group. No additional parking on site.

    Please ensure that you have a working FM Radio.

    Marshalls will guide drivers to park their vehicles to ensure everyone has a clear view of the screen. Larger vehicles may be asked to wait in a holding area and moved into place before the film begins.

    What happens when I arrive?

    Bring your e-ticket or download them to your phone. We will scan your e-ticket. A steward will direct you to a parking space. Please check that you are able to see the whole of the screen from your position.

    Please ensure you stick to the current government guideline in respect of COVID. Please follow the oneway system in place.

    You will be given step by step instructions for the audio. Music will be playing at half volume to assist you with this.

    There is no smoking or vaping or similar beside other cars - Please use the one-way system and adhere to social distancing guidelines set out on the day.

    Please note, film start times are guidelines as we need an element of darkness for you to enjoy the film. We will email you on the day if there are any changes to our schedule. We will also place this information on social media too.

    What if it rains or the event is cancelled?

    The Open Air Cinema will decide to cancel the event if potential heavy rain or high winds appear to make it too dangerous for the event to go ahead. We will refund your ticket immediately but your booking fee will be retained by Billetto. Other than this occurrence and like other outdoor concerts, all tickets are non-refundable.

    Remember we can screen when it rains,  so if it hasn't been cancelled via email, at our box office or Facebook pages. The event will go ahead.

    The Open Air Cinema will reserve to the right to ask patrons to leave without refund, for anti-social behaviour.

    When leaving the site please respect our neighbours.

    • I have not received my Halloween Horror Drive in Weekend ticket via email. What should I do?

      The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Halloween Horror Drive in Weekend tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Halloween Horror Drive in Weekend tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

    • I wish to cancel my Halloween Horror Drive in Weekend ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?

      The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
