Join us during Earth Science Week for a free family fun day on 19 October 2024 at The Geological Society!
The day will begin at 1:30pm with a range of hands-on ice age themed activities, from discovering ice age fossils, to learning about how ice ages begin.
The activities will be followed by a free film screening of Ice Age [2002] to bring the activities to life!
Bring your family and friends along to join Manny the mammoth, Sid the loquacious sloth, and Diego the sabre-toothed tiger as they go on a comical quest to return a human baby back to his father, across a world on the brink of an ice age.
Date: 19/10/2024
Time: Activities will run from 1:30pm-3pm. The film will begin at 3pm. Run-time is approx. 81 minutes.
Tickets are free, but registration is required. As the event is free, we will be overselling tickets and entry on the day will be first come first served.
