Groove Om Yoga is back on the dance floor with our Disco House Yoga!
The alternative night out, totally guilt free, a chance to collectively stretch, breathe and move to a Disco House set from DJ Michael French.
We will be making yoga shapes on Sunday 5th December at the fabulous Halo, Bournemouth
Doors open from 6:30pm for glitter and glitz with our glitter girl team included in the ticket!
Doors close at 7pm for the Yoga Disco to begin!
The evening will start with an invigorating yoga warm up moving into a dynamic fun vinyasa yoga sequence and will finish with a dance party.
This event is a social gathering, a chance to meet new people, laugh, feel good and get sweaty. A sense of fun is essential, leg warmers and spangly leotards optional but very welcome!
This event is suitable for all levels, beginners are welcome.
Tickets are £17 purchased in advance, limited spaces available!
