Groove Om Yoga present a new Yoga movement Disco House Yoga!
The alternative night out, totally guilt free, a chance to collectively stretch, breathe and move to a Disco House mix from our resident DJ French Mike.
We will be making yoga shapes on Sunday 2nd December at the fabulous Halo, Bournemouth
Doors open at 6:30pm for glitter and glitz included in the ticket!
The evening will start with an invigorating yoga warm up moving into a dynamic fun vinyasa yoga sequence and will finish with a long ambient chill out.
Music is a huge part of the experience, with our very own DJ French Mike on the decks!!

This event is a social gathering, a chance to meet new people, laugh, feel good and get sweaty. A sense of fun is essential, leg warmers and spangly leotards optional but very welcome!
This event is suitable for all levels, beginners are welcome.
Tickets are £15 purchased in advance, limited spaces available!
