A disco yoga class for little people, combining a fun yoga sequence with dynamic movement and finishing with a chill out relaxation session.
Groove Om Enfant comes to Yoga Lounge Bournemouth on Saturday 1st December
Arrive from 5:30pm for Glitter make-up, Yoga Session starts at 6pm. Includes a chill out session and fruit drink finishing at 7pm
Tickets are £15 and are limited to just 15 places
Places are booked in advance and are non refundable or transferable
