Groove Om Yoga present a new Yoga movement Deep House Yoga!
The alternative night out, totally guilt free, a chance to collectively stretch, breathe and move to a Deep House specially curated mix.
We will be making yoga shapes on Friday 7th April at the fabulous Halo, Bournemouth
Doors open at 6:30pm for glitter and glitz included in the ticket!
The evening will start with an invigorating yoga warm up moving into a dynamic fun vinyasa yoga sequence and will finish with a long ambient chill out.
Music is a huge part of the experience, with a tailor made Deep House mix by Groove Om Yoga DJ's for each event, blended with atmospheric lighting. Check out our soundcloud page for past mixes..https://soundcloud.com/
This event is a social gathering, a chance to meet new people, laugh, feel good and get sweaty. A sense of fun is essential, leg warmers and spangly leotards optional but very welcome!
This event is suitable for all levels, beginners are welcome.
Tickets are £15 purchsed in advance, limited spaces available!
