Groove Om Yoga presents - Groove Om Ballet Barre
Fusing Deep House beats from our resident DJ Michael French, with the peach perfecting toning, strengthening grace of a Ballet Barre workout From Barre Queen Martine.
Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches.
We will be launching this brand new event Sunday 23rd February at the private club room at Revolution Bournemouth
Tickets are just £20 and include - Delicious Mock-tail & Glitter Make-up styling, very limited spaces available!
Doors open at 7pm for glitter make up styling from our team of glitter make-up artists.
The Ballet Barre session by Martine will take you through a 60 minute fun, energising, graceful yet dynamic workout. We will finish with a fun disco social with a delicious Mock-tail, time to chat and hangout or have food.
This event is a social gathering, a chance to meet new people, laugh, feel good and get sweaty. A sense of fun is essential, leg warmers and spangly leotards optional but very welcome!

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
