Description

Grime emerged in London’s East end in the early 2000s. Whilst originally an outsider sound linked to UK pirate radio (Déjà vu, Major and Rinse FM). Grime has finally entered the mainstream, with artists such as Stormzy and Skepta winning major industry accolades in the last few years.

We use the energy of those syncopated breakbeats to get you moving. You'll work hard, testing both your cardio, strength and endurance for an all-round challenge. With moves can be adapted to all physical abilities.

This class is designed to strengthen and tone your core muscles and give you a full body workout that maximises fat and calorie burning. Perfect if you are short on time but wanna get your groove on.

Melvin is high energy and fun instructor with over a decade of experience in the fitness. His classes are intense with encouragement to get you pumped. Experience the Melmania!

  • I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?

    The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
