Emma and Marianne introduce you to our all NEW Green Door Nature Blast with Gemma LeRoy of the Wellness Tribe!
Get fit, get wild, blow away the cobwebs and get in the zone!
Start this autumn by getting at one with the elements, super fit and ready to power into your day! We are here to support you to feel more energized, balanced and body confident, and each week will aim to do some serious stress-busting alongside progressively increasing your fitness levels.
Every session will begin by meeting at our enchanted eucalyptus tree with some yoga stretching, mindfulness and grounding breathwork with Emma followed by 40 minutes of empowering fitness exercises with Gemma, utilising group circuits, body weight exercises and optional weighted exercises. We will finish the session with some relaxation and a short group meditation to soak up the peaceful vibes.
We will always be outside for every class no matter what the weather may be! Barefoot, wild and free!
Stay for a coffee and chat after. Julia and her delightful Diddy van will be at the gardens from 10.30-11.30am.

I have not received my Green Door Nature Blast! ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Green Door Nature Blast! tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Green Door Nature Blast! tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Green Door Nature Blast! ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
