Join our Green Gym with 5 consecutive sessions of invigorating and exhilarating outdoor circuits to blast into 2023!
Nature Blast is our mothership fitness session designed to marry all the benefits of conventional training with mindfulness and meditation all done barefoot, outside in the Green Door gardens no matter what the weather!
Open to all ages and all levels of fitness - exercises can be adapted to all bodies regardless of injuries or health conditions- this is a fun and supportive session set in beautiful surroundings- what’s not to love?
