Grease comes to Tewin Bury Farm Welwyn.

- Please bring blankets, chairs and items to keep warm and dry.
- No food or drink to be brought on to the site. A full range of food and drink will be available on the night.

F.A.Q
What happens when I arrive?
When you arrive on site it would speed things up if you have your ticket with the bar code showing. This can be on paper or better still on your smart phone. If you are using your phone download the pdf that has the bar code on it and then take a screen grab of it. Keep it in your photos and we can scan it from there. This is important as there may not be a signal at the location. We will do all we can to make sure entry is speedy as possible. If in doubt get in touch before the event.
You will then be directed towards the screen that will be easily visible. Find the most comfortable position for your group. For the best experience don't be too close or too far away from the speakers there will be music being played to help you find your ideal spot.
Please note all timings are guidelines, you will be informed if there are any changes.
Can I bring a picnic?
- No food or drink to be brought on to the site. A full range of food and drink will be available on the night.
Smoking, e-cigarettes, vaping and similar?
To ensure that everyone has a choice to smoke or not to smoke please move away from the crowd or go to the designated location for those who wish to use cigarettes, e-cigarettes or vaporisers. Please do not be offended if we invite you to use the dedicated location. Any questions about this feel free to ask a member of our event staff.
Early Bird, Standard and Special Event prices. What the difference?
Early bird tickets are now sold out. Standard tickets are available but only until 48hrs before the event. Then tickets will be available on the door at £14 each.
We do not have concessions, but we do have special offers to those that subscribe to our mailing list. Sign up here
What if it rains or the event is cancelled?
You will receive an email on the day of the event if The Open Air Cinema have to cancel the event due potential heavy rain or high winds that they or the venue assess as dangerous for the event to go ahead we will refund your ticket but your booking fee will be retained by Billetto. However by rebooking for the rescheduled event, or any other event there will be no additional booking fee to pay. Other than this all tickets are non-refundable.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
