The class will include:
- Learning knife skills and how to peel, chop and slice as precisely and fast as a chef
- Understanding flavours and learning how to subtly balance or adjust them
- Discovering the singular umami flavour, its importance and how to achieve it in your dishes
- Learning technical cooking methods such as braising, poaching and emulsification
- Improving your presentation skills so you know how to plate a dish and create a harmony of colours, shapes and textures
- A delicious organic lunch and recipe sheets to take home
Fee: *£65 including a free organic lunch (Concessions £52)
*This fee is used to fund our program of free courses to vulnerable and low-income community groups
