Get your after work flow on with Charlie Morgan, a favourite with Deliciously Ella, Sweaty Betty Ambassador and yoga instructor to the Harlequins Rugby team. Charlie will be teaching on Thursday 23 June at 6.30pm in Old Street Station, as part of a week long yoga and wellbeing pop up from Good Yoga Life.
Expect a fun filled, flow-to-the-beat practice, with a few challenging poses thrown in to leave you feeling enegerise, invigorated and inspired to get back on the mat!
Charlie has been practicing yoga on and off for 15 years, coming to it initially from a workout perspective. Following a life-changing trip to the Himalayan Yoga Institute in 2011, Charlie decided to leave her job as an Assistant Buyer for The Disney Store and deepen her knowledge of yoga.
Expect an innovative and forever changing style of dynamic vinyasa flow. Sometimes fast-paced, Charlie is a perfectionist when it comes to correct body alignment, the synchronisation of movement and breath and the importance of a sumptuous, meditative relaxation. Her classes are down-to-earth, fun, creative and strong, but at the same time accessible and maintaining the philosophy that ‘yoga is for all’. She believes in working hard, but working mindfully with attention to detail, offering modifications for different levels and injuries, sharing compassionate hands on assists.
