Join Julie Montagu, one of the world’s top yoga instructors and inspirational speakers, on Wednesday 22 June at 7.30pm, as part of a week long yoga and wellbeing pop up from Good Yoga Life.
Julie will take you through her signature 45 mins vinyasa flow yoga class to unwind you from your day. Post-class Julie will give a 30 minute talk on how to Find, Believe and Build Your Passion, followed by an opportunity to ask Julie your questions.
Julie will be signing her new book ‘Eat Real Food’ which will be available to purchase after her talk.

Julie Montagu is a yoga and nutrition teacher at London's top studios, star of the recent US Bravo and ITVBe show Ladies of London, the brains behind the new online nutrition course the Flexi Foodie Academy, creator of her own range of energy snacks JUB food and author of ‘Eat Real Food' and 'Superfoods Super Fast’. Married with four children, she is surely one of only very few people whose natural body clock and zest for life habitually propel her out of bed after just six hours of sleep.
