A Healing Sound Journey with Reiki healing to calm and soothe the nervous system.
We will be working with a beautiful new live recording that I've made of Earth gong, alchemy crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments. Throughout the Sound bath I will be channelling and sending Reiki healing energy to the group. I will lead you into the sound journey with a guided relaxation and will hold space throughout for you to rest deeply and receive the high frequency healing. There is nothing for you to do but to lie down comfortably, switch off from your day and drift off. I will guide you out of the sound journey with some gentle stretches and breath work.
The frequencies from the gong and crystal bowls enable deepest relaxation and assist the release of emotional and energetic blockages in the body. The process stimulates deep healing on a cellular level. As with most forms of healing, we can sometimes experience an emotional release as the body surrenders and let’s go.
For this session I recommend that you use headphones and please use a laptop or tablet as I've had reports that the sound hasn't been quite as good on a phone.
Prepare for the session by dimming the lights, making a comfy, cosy nest to lie in. Place an eye pillow or something over the eyes and perhaps have a pot of your favourite bedtime tea handy to drink afterwards to help ground you back into your body.
This session will take place via Zoom. Please make sure you have the latest version of Zoom downloaded and set up on your device in advance of the session.
