WHAT TO EXPECT
You will find yourself entering a dimmed, ambient room filled with the smell of Aromatherapy blends.
You will lie on the floor on a mat or in a chair.
Your sound journey will being with the sound of the Tibetan Bowl and then move into the Crystal Singing Bowls, Sea Drum, Rain Stick, Chimes and then move into the Moon Gong and Symphonic Gong.
You may fall asleep as it is deeply relaxing. You will still benefit from Gong Bath if you do fall asleep.

Yoga mat or cushion(garden chair cushion covers are often used)
Blanket

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
