Description
Dear Gong Friends,
Welcome to the Gong Space.
A Gong Bath is a form of Sound Healing where the gong is played to create a variety of benefits including relaxation, meditative states, harmony and balance, enhanced creativity, and general well being.
The session is 75 minutes and includes:
-A guided meditation. Each session will have a theme. If you would like to work with a particular theme please let me know.
-A sound immersion with the sacred sound of the Gong and related therapeutic instruments (singing bowls, chimes, bells, a rain stick, a frame drum, a Koshi, a croaking frog güiro, shakers and leaf rattles).
-Shunyata Period (period of silence for integration purposes).
-Closing ritual with the sacred sound Aum (you are welcome to listen or join in).
There is herbal tea available before the session, and a grounding food (Gluten Free and Vegan) is shared at the end of the session for grounding.
