    Description

Sound healing in a non-judgemental, down to earth environment.

Join us in the intimate setting of A Balanced Life Hackey WIck (only 8 spaces so early booking advised)

I enjoy creating a welcoming space where emotions can be explored and you feel held and supported. Maybe this is why I tend to get a lot of first-timer gong bathers, old school ravers and misbehavers who are ready to heal and others who just want to enjoy a gong bath without having to prove how spiritual they are.

Think of the gong bath like a “cheat code” to meditation. You lay and listen to the gong and your body and mind intuitively go to work in helping you reach an altered and healing state.

If you’re new to gong bath meditation, you bathe in the sound, there are no actual baths or water involved.

I will guide you through guided relaxation to prepare your body and mind for the experience of the gong bath and guide you gently back out of your mediation with my voice after the gongs are finished. There is a little time for people to share afterwards should they so wish.

People often reach altered states of consciousness, deep meditative spaces, clarity of mind, and deeper connections to their intuition as well as peaceful sleep which is something we all need.  In the years that I have been playing the gongs, I have seen miraculous results with people reporting migraines disappearing, anxiety calming, surgery pain lessening and other miraculous recoveries.

Although gong is known to be a safe alternative therapy there are some contraindications to take into account.

It is not recommended to join a gong bath if:

    • You have a severe mental health issue
    • Suffer from serious heart conditions or have a pacemaker
    • You are on heavy medication
    • You are under the influence of drugs or alcohol
    • You are in the first trimester of your pregnancy
    • You are under 13 years old
    • You have metal implants in your body (contraceptive coils are fine)
    • You suffer from sound-induced epilepsy
    • You are triggered by loud and or unexpected noises or vibrations
    • You have a recent or unresolved trauma that you may not be ready to face in deep meditation.

If you have any queries as to whether this may be suitable for you please email me in advance of the event and I will be happy to speak with you.

If you are purchasing a ticket for other people please let them know about the contraindications above.

    FAQ

    • I have not received my Gong Bath ticket via email. What should I do?

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Gong Bath tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Gong Bath tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

    • I wish to cancel my Gong Bath ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

    • I have registered on the Gong Bath waiting list, what happens now?

If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

    • Where do I find a link to an online event?

Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event. You might also want to read the event description on Billetto where an event organiser should describe how to join the Gong Bath event online. For more information on this, read here.

    • What is refund protection and why would I need it?

Refund Protection provides you with the assurance that if unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances interfere with your ability to attend an event you can claim a refund. For more information on this, read here.
