Description
CFC Big Ideas, an international communications agency with offices in Kyiv and Dubai, has announced its new event - the Global Inclusion Online Forum 2021, which will take place on May 20-27, 2021 and plans to bring together more than 5,000 participants from around the world.
The Global Inclusion Online Forum is the first event of its scale in the online space to bring together leading leaders and experts on diversity and inclusion, HR consultants, business owners and top managers who want to make their business more inclusive. The week-long event consists of two days of panel discussions, speeches and a startup competition, followed by six days of practical workshops.
“In the past, most international diversity and inclusion events have been exclusive premium gatherings of opinion leaders and leaders in the largest corporations. In light of the 2020 events in the United States, which have resonated around the world, more and more top executives are realizing the need to spread knowledge about diversity and inclusion among all departments, divisions, offices and functional services of their corporations. Our Forum should become a powerful global platform for the world's best practitioners, which will allow them to effectively share their knowledge with the rest of the corporate world, "said Konstantin Gridin, partner of CFC Big Ideas and organizer of the Forum.
The speakers of the Forum are representatives of the world's largest organizations and corporations, including UN Women, United Nations Foundation, The Wikimedia Foundation, Amazon, Bloomberg LP, Danone, Deloitte, EY, IBM, IKEA group, Pfizer, SAP, Sodexo, Wipro and others. This year, the GIOF will be joined by Steve Bilt - CEO at Smile Brands, as well as leaders of GitLab, PwC, Forbes and other companies.
The forum will open with a panel entitled “Global Pandemic: An Incentive or a Barrier to Greater Inclusion around the World?” On the global impact of COVID-19 on diversity and inclusion. We will also immerse ourselves in the topics of building inclusion through technology, creating a corporate culture without prejudice and discrimination, breaking stereotypes in the practice of recruitment and employment. The recent outbreak of the Black Lives Matter movement and its undeniable impact on American and global business will also be among the topics of discussion at the Forum.
