Making your mark on glass. A one day taster class in the art of Glass Engraving. Learning techniques, the tools and materials involved, the possibilities for the different types of engraving and the safety aspects required to undertake engraving work. Explore creative marks on glass, with potential for applications in stained glass also.
The course looks at the exciting ways to make marks on glass, through traditional hand engraving. An in depth look at using the tools and equipment involved.
This is a LEVEL ONE course – Suitable for beginners.
This is an exciting course which develops new skills for all in glass of all styles and at all levels. Add a new dimension to your work and explore the ways in which your glass can be enhanced and unique.
Students will work on a clear 3D object for example a glass or goblet. All materials and tools will be provided.

We teach you how to design and engrave your own stunning glass objects, whether for personal use or to begin your own enterprise, in an informal environment.
