Join us for an exciting evening with Sipsmith in aqua shard hosted by Richard Hamer, the distillery's brand ambassador. Take a seat in our stunning glass walled private dining room with views across London where you will experience Sipsmith's finest gins, paired with a dinner of contemporary British cuisine.
Sipsmith began in 2009 in a tiny workshop in Hammersmith as London’s first traditional copper distillery since 1820. Their mission was simple: to bring London Dry Gin of truly uncompromising quality and character, back to the city where it first earned its name. Every bottle of Sipsmith is hand-crafted in genuinely small batches. Every drop of every batch is lovingly laboured over by hand, by their dedicated Distillers.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
