Enjoy another exclusive Gin pairing fine dining experience within St Mary's Beautiful Chantry Chapel, with MasterChef Chris Hale. 

We will be serving canapes on arrival and 5 courses each with paired with Gin.


Venison tartare 
 Beetroot, goats cheese & walnut
 Apple, celeriac & pickled ginger 

Our five courses:

Chicken & tarragon terrine, lemon aoli & crispy chicken skin
Gin & tonic cured salmon
Venison Bourguignon 
Orange, date & pistachio 
Rhubarb & custard Ice cream float
