Get your asana to the brewery is a non profit charity event for men only, to raise awareness and funds for mens mental wellbeing. 

You may not be aware that mental health is the most common cause of death for men aged 20-49 and we need to do our best to make a change within our own communities.

Location: The Park Brewery Tap Room

We begin with Yoga! 

Yoga isn't all about flexibility, we will explore meditation, breath techniques and a bit of movement for 45 minutes with Roisin Concrete Jungle Yoga. We hope this will give you some insight to what yoga is really about and how it can truly help you in times of stress. All equipment will be provided just wear something comfortable and please come with an open mind!

Beer tasting

Josh at The Park Brewery will take you through a flight of their award winning beers. Don't worry you won't be over the limit when you leave unless you buy more from the bar. 

Pizza

Finally we will sit down together with pizzas fresh from James of Dough&Deer's Land Rover. You can order your pizza on the night, please inform us via email of any dietary requirements.

  • I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?

    The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
