Women make up 70% of graphic design students in the UK; yet only 3% of Creative Directors.
The topic of gender diversity has been paid a lot of lip service of late. Awareness has been raised and shocking statistics have been shared, but what action has been taken to improve on the disparities? And what still needs to be done?
How can we as individual’s make an actual difference within our industry?
Gabriele are wading into the issue to discuss exactly this. We’ll be joined by Nat Maher, one of the UK’s youngest female CEO’s and Founder of Kerning the Gap, a community dedicated to reducing the gender pay gap and increasing the number of female leaders within design.
