The theme of the event is about how we can improve our mental health. We have three top-class speakers giving talks on the day. They will share tried and tested methods, give insights and their knowledge on the extremely important topic.

So many people are suffering from depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD. I want to bring information that will help people on their road to recovery.
This is something I feel very passionate about and it's an event I have wanted to put together for a while.
Senior Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Greenwich, DR. David Luke will be sharing his research on the use of psychedelics with regards to our mental health. Dr. Luke will be discussing the current research with mushrooms and the role they can play.
Juliette Bryant will be taking a look at the role the gut and eating the wrong foods play in our mental health.
We will also be joined by author and addiction expert Chris Hill, who will be showing us how we can beat stress and anxiety. He has some techniques to share on the day too.

Prior to the reactionary media hysteria and the subsequent government backlash at the end of the 1960s, a wealth of serious scientific research was conducted into the therapeutic and medical benefits of powerful psychoactive drugs.
By the beginning of the 1970s, however, almost all therapeutic applications and scientific human research with such drugs had been curtailed and their use criminalised.
