GAGA - Ohad Naharin's movement language, taught by Natalia Iwaniec, in Bristol.
Each GAGA/DANCERS class will be a completed circle of movement with music which allows participants to unfold anew into heights and depths, strength and softness, sounds and flavours on their journey in movement.
SATURDAY, 9th of December 2017, 3.30pm - 6pm
Open studio: 3.30 pm, Start: 3.45 pm
1h and 15 min GAGA/DANCERS class, followed by a short break, to be continued with 1h Choreography.

Classes start on time: Attending the first minutes of the class is very important so you will be able to produce more from the session and take care of your body. It is advised to arrive 15 minutes early, turn your phone off, find yourself a place in the studio, relax, and start.
Bring water!
No entry for latecomers! If you are late you will not be allowed entry into the ongoing GAGA/DANCERS session, go do something else that is pleasant and come back for the Choreography session.
Details about GAGA
GAGA/DANCERS classes are open to professional dancers or advanced dance students (ages 16+). These classes are taught by dancers who have worked closely with Ohad Naharin. GAGA/DANCERS classes employ the specific vocabulary and skills that are part and parcel of a dancer’s knowledge.
The class works with the layering of familiar movements with GAGA and present dancers with fresh challenges, and throughout the class teachers prompt the dancers to visit more unfamiliar places. GAGA deepens the dancers awareness of physical sensations and enriches their movement quality with a wide range of textures.

Your teacher:
We are very lucky that the one and only, beautiful and amazing Natalia Iwaniec will be back in Bristol to teach this class! She was born in Poland and is now a freelance dancer and teacher based in Europe. She finished her Master’s in Theater in Cracov and completed her degree in dance at the Dance College in Wrocław in Poland. As a dancer she was collaborating with such a choreographers like Yasmeen Godder, Iwona Olszowska, Ella Ben-Aharon, Rhiannon Faith and others. Natalia became a qualified teacher of Gaga in August 2012. Since then she is travelling all over Europe and Israel to teach gaga. She is also choreographing, recently she created piece”The Link” for dance students in STW in Poznan,Poland and “FORMal” in residency in Scenario Pubblico in Sicily. Natalia is co-founder and member of NaNa Collective that is based in London. Natalia just premiered her solo work “Birdland” in July during International Dance Week Budapest.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
