He has appeared in and written for many shows on RTE such as Naked Camera, Stew, the Savage Eye and Don’t feed the Gondolas. Lately he has appeared as the character Frank Fahey on Sky 1’s Moone Boy and as “Martin” on Bridget and Eamon.

His energetic mixture of stand up and musical comedy and ability to engage with the audience has brought hime to venues all over Britain and Ireland for many years and he has headlined clubs in Moscow, Azerbaijan, China, Brussels, Barcelona, USA, Dubai, Muscat and Bahrain.
Joe is also a successful actor and writer having acted as Timmy in the long running RTE sitcom Killinaskully as well as a host of short films. He starred in the CBBC series Roy, TV3's Red Rock, was winner of Ireland's Celebrity Come Dine With Me, got a five star review in the theatre version of The Shawshank Redemption along with Omid Djalili and recorded a single “The Rockier Road To Poland” with Shane MacGowan and The Aftermath.
