Funtopia is a fantastic fun-packed event which is perfect for tots to tweens.
Filled with bouncy castles, activity inflatables, under 5's area, Nerf Wars, sumo suits and much more!
Funtopia is 'pay and play all day!'. So when you've purchased your wristband you can go on any activity as many times as you like - all included in the price! Parents can even play too!
Toddlers will love playing in our Under 5's areas, which is filled with Soft Play, Ball Pool, Bouncy Castles and more!
Older children can compete with mum or dad on our high energy Bungee Runs, Sumo Suits, Inflata-bull and Lights Out Table.

This year we are offering 3 new areas to run alongside Funtopia to create an even bigger family day out! Our Syston Funtopia will also have:
Food and Drink Court, offering a variety of delicious, tasty products to snack on or take home!
Craft and Trade Stalls: With a variety of local and worldwide products. Perfect gifts to take home for a loved one!
Pay per Go Activities: Fancy playing on even more games and rides?! Then visit our Children's pay-per-go corner with a variety of additional side stalls and kiddies rides :)
Unfortunately there is limited parking at the venue. We strongly advice visitors to use public transport or find alternative parking as spaces are filled quickly.

Pick ‘n’ Mix Events was founded in 2014, but the company owner has been providing event entertainment since 2004.
There are two halves to our Company: Providers of Event Entertainment and Event Organisers.
EVENT ENTERTAINMENT:
We offer a variety of entertainment exclusively to the corporate and commercial industry throughout the UK; specialising in Seasonal Entertainment. Some of our most popular attractions include Mascot Characters, Craft and Food Workshops, Performers, Stilt Walkers and Fun Food Carts. EVENT ORGANISERS:
We organise numerous events throughout the year, with our most popular event being ‘Funtopia’ - a family festival which tours the midlands throughout the year. Our outdoor Funtopias have a footfall of approx 1-2k per day and take place at a different location every weekend throughout the summer months. We can organise a whole calendar of events for councils and organisations at NO COST TO THE CLIENT!! Our events can include: Food and Drink Festivals, Themed and Seasonal Markets, Fun Towns (a town centre kids festival) and more!

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
