Fundraising Reception and Recital

Nov 14 2019 18:00 - 20:30

Stone House, 281 Lewisham Way, SE4 1UT London

Cambridge Handel Opera Company has already gained considerable support for our next staged production, Handel's Tamerlano, from a number of trusts and foundations and individuals. But, we still need to raise more funds to be able produce this opera in 2020.

On Thursday 14th November at Stone House in London we will be hosting a fundraising recital. The event will begin with a reception where you'll be able to meet CHOC's trustees and talk with other fellow Handel fans. This will be followed by a recital given by CHOC's Artistic Director, Julian Perkins, and mezzo soprano, Leila Zanette.

Leila is fast gaining a reputation for her impressive and dramatic stage performances and vibrant singing abilities. We're thrilled she has agreed to perform the role of Irene in CHOC's production of Tamerlano.

Space is limited to 50, first-come first served. While there is no charge for tickets, we would welcome voluntary donations, and suggest that around £45 per person might be appropriate. You can make your donation when reserving your tickets - select the number of tickets required and then select donation and enter the amount you wish to donate.
