    Are you confused by all of the diet advice in the news and in magazines?

    Do you feel overwhelmed by the amount of healthy eating information out there?

    Are you tired of not knowing what to eat to increase your energy and vitality?

    If the answer is yes to any of the above, then you might like to come to my next healthy food workshop and see for yourself just how easy is is to make a change.

    Fundamentals of Healthy Eating is a new full immersion evening class created specifically from the feedback that I get from my clients. Whether you're a meat eater, paleo, vegetarian, or any other "arian" this class will help you on your journey towards a healthier lifestyle.

    We will go back to basics with the food that we make together and create tasty dishes from whole, natural and where possible seasonal foods that will nourish your body and bring you back to you. Despite the full immersion description the class will be light hearted and playful and the food that we make will leave you feeling full and full of energy.

    So if you're ready and willing come and join us on this food journey!

    We'll be making and talking about:

    1. Smoothies - Not 1 or 2, but 4 different types - A rainbow of different colours & tastes

    2. Soaking and sprouting - bringing your food to life and getting the most nutrition from it

    3. Super food salads - pimping your salad has never been so easy!

    4. Fermented food and gut health - How & why to make Sauerkraut - you'll also make and take your own portion home with you.

    5. Desert - The menu wouldn't be complete without out a tasty desert ;) This time around we'll be making brownies, the healthy kind for when you need a pick up. Even better still there will be no baking required, and these brownies are sugar/gluten and dairy free with plenty of flavour to leave your neighbours and family wondering why they added eggs in the first place.

    Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and make some incredible food?

    This class will help you fast track your way through the basics of living foods and learn how to make the most out of your meals.

    I'll answer all of your questions as usual as we make these recipes together.

    • I have not received my Fundamentals of Healthy Eating ticket via email. What should I do?

      The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Fundamentals of Healthy Eating tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Fundamentals of Healthy Eating tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

    • I wish to cancel my Fundamentals of Healthy Eating ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?

      The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
