Fridays Virtual Mindfulness Drop-Ins - Live and Interactive

Suryacitta runs Online meditation drop-in evenings for all. Whether you are an experienced meditator or a newcomer you are welcome to attend.  

Friday 30th October 18:30 - 19:30 BST over Zoom.

PLEASE NOTE: These sessions will be recorded so should you miss one you will be sent a recording.   Friday 25th September. There will be guided meditations and talks on a variety of themes. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and some discussion too.  

PLEASE NOTE:   Technical requirements: A computer, tablet or phone with a good internet connection. If you can use a wired connection that is sometimes best.

Suryacitta, co-founder of Mindfulness CIC is the author of five books including Happiness and How it Happens - Finding Contentment Through Mindfulness. He teaches and speaks around the UK, Europe and Australia and is known for his down to earth, simple and practical style free from jargon and cliches. 

He has been practising meditation since 1989 and teaching since 1996.
