Join Yoga with Erin for a blissful yin yoga practice where we restore and nourish the body and mind, followed by vegan treats and teas. We'll simply relax into each posture with ease and kindness, using bolsters, blocks and blankets provided to let go of physical and mental tension. The class is an hour long, but you're welcome to stay, catch up, chat and sip on tea with other lovely yogis afterwards.
