Join us as on Friday 29 May for 2 awesome FREE outdoor classes at our future new home Kings Cross. We will not only be celebrating the launch of our EPIC new sportswear line created in collaboration with Whistles but also welcoming the incredible girls and guys taking part in the Trekstock Canal Walk from Birmingham to London (that’s 7 marathons in 7 days, all for charity – we are impressed!)
Once our weary walkers have returned they will be greeted by an awesome crowd of Framers and Kings Cross locals ready to stretch out and tone up with 2 incredible back to back classes overlooking the canal. Choose from:
5pm: DYNAMIC STRETCH with Gede. This flowing stretch class will warm and limber the body before moving to more static isolated stretches to get deeper into the stretch and get more FLEX. Perfect for balancing out the body and preventing injuries – good news walkers!
6pm: FRAME BARRE with Gede. Frame Barre is a series of low-intensity fat-burning intervals. The exercises have been selected and put together to work your entire body, increasing both strength and flexibility in a way that will create long, lean muscles rather than encouraging you to bulk up.
Refreshments will be provided by the cracking Cocoface in the form of virgin for the virtuous or spiked with spirits if you’re feeling that Friday night vibe…
